Damage & Compensation Policy – Dr. Spin Laundry
At Dr. Spin Laundry, we follow strict quality control and fabric-safe processes to ensure every garment is handled with care. However, in the rare event of damage caused during our laundry or dry cleaning process, we offer compensation as outlined below.
Compensation Guidelines
- Any compensation for damaged garments shall be limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the service order value for the affected item(s) or Rs.3000, whichever is lower.
- Compensation will be assessed based on fabric type, garment condition, service selected, and order value.
- The final decision regarding compensation will be made after inspection and internal quality review.
- Compensation is applicable only for the orders which is made through the Dr. Spin Laundry CRM and mobile app.
- Compensation will be processed within 7-8 working days via bank account transfer or UPI.
Exclusions
Dr. Spin Laundry is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages, weak fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects
- Missing or non-disclosed embellishments, buttons, or accessories
- Garments without proper care labels or incorrect customer declarations
Customers are advised to check garments at the time of delivery and report concerns within the specified timeframe.
This policy ensures fair, transparent, and responsible service assurance while protecting both customer interests and service standards.
Changes to Terms
Dr. Spin Laundry reserves the right to update these Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
